TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following important terms and conditions before you buy anything from us and check that they contain everything which you want and nothing that you are not willing to agree to.
  • Our aim is to provide tuition, taught by professionally qualified tutors, to improve your child’s standard in the subject or subjects nominated.
  • We do this on the understanding that homework must be completed on time, and your child must continuously undertake revision of topics that have previously been covered.
  • Please ensure that your child’s attendance is regular and punctual, in order to maximise their potential.
  • The minimum length of time for a lesson is 1 hour.
  • Fees must be paid before lessons, monthly payment. Students whose accounts are in arrears may be suspended from tuition until all fees have been paid.
  • Catch up lesson within one month.
  • If an arranged lesson has been cancelled by the student, the fee for that lesson is non-refundable unless at least 24 hours’ notice of the cancellation has been given.
  • Students that are absent for more than one month, without informing us, will be promptly removed from our register.
  • We are not responsible if your child did not reach our centre when travelling to lessons, or once your child leaves our centre after lessons.
  • Students must bring their own stationery to every lesson (blue/black ink pens, HB pencils, an eraser, a sharpener and a ruler). For Secondary Mathematics, this includes a Casio FX GT Scientific Calculator, a protractor and a compass.
  • Our teachers reserve the right to dismiss any student whose standard of work or behaviour is unsatisfactory.
  • We are unable to provide feedback after every lesson. Upon enrolment, students will be asked to sit an Assessment Paper to assess their current level. However, we also conduct three main Progress Test Weeks throughout the academic year and then provide feedback to parents.
  • If you wish to make any changes to this form in the future, please inform us in writing.
  • Your child’s personal information is strictly confidential and is just for administrational use.

We have our own resources developed by experts in the industry.
